Automatic Digital Water Level Recorder is a microprocessor based unit that is used to monitor, measure and record fluctuations in water level of ground water as well as surface water. The Digital Water Level Recorder has two parts on functional basis like water level measurement circuitry and data logger. The Digital Water Level Recorder has a built in clock, which wakes up the measurement circuitry to measure the water level. Automatic Digital Water Level Recorder works on a 12 V rechargeable battery and the readings recorded in the unit can be transferred to a computer by means of a hand held data collector or palm top.
